Anybody Making Good Money With Pay Per Call

Ok I have been through the mobile money bandit course as well as the one by sam england and I am still having trouble finding keywords worth bidding on. Maybe I am not digging deep enough but everything just seems too saturated at this point and the CPC is too dang high and the ones that are low enough to afford get no traffic. And these offers only want mobile search so it narrows your avenues way down.
Can anybody help me with some possible tips on how to make it work? I did try it with ATT Interactive pay per call, put in $50 and got like $80 back after about a month but that too seems like too saturated to scale.

    Hmm, that's quite some profit, if you add about 5000 than you should get 8000, which would be 3000$/month. I never tried pay per call, i would still suggest the pay per click strategy, much faster.

    Are you just doing pay-per-call for mobile or are you part of Commission Junction's PPC also?

    One technique that can be highly effective is using pay per click ads with your ppc phone number in the ad text itself. Instead of being charged for clicks, you can get a few callers that won't cost you a dime. This works better on phones than your non-phone ads on standard websites.

      wouldn't the people tend to click on the text ads to dial the number if they are on a smartphone / feature phone?

      high level approach. go to astoria.ringrevenue.com or any paypercall network. sign up, get approved. apply for some campaign. you will get a phone number to advertise for that campaign.
      you can then put ads on your favourite traffic source and the ads should contain the phone number. and you will start making money
