Hi All,

In next couple of weeks we have christmas coming in.. There is a huge amount of buyers, who would be interested in buying lot of goods... Its being a holiday season, sales are going to be huge...

Can you guys tell me which are the best christmas ideas?
Which products to choose?
What should be marketing strategy?
What could get us more sales?

Also, we just have couple of weeks left to make this happen. Appreciate all of your ideas

regards,
Karthik

Karthik from your questions it seems like you need to choose a business model and get more education in marketing online. Those questions are pretty much asking for a complete gameplan. Unfortunately you will not get anybody to create a complete gameplan for you. Take 90% action and 10% learning... Good luck to you.

Those are all million dollar questions that many people out there would like to know as well. Try searching places that list the most popular items (i.e. EBay or Amazon) for product ideas. Incentives are huge during the holiday so they are a must to include in your strategy. Realistically you should start optimizing your website for next year's holidays so you have some type of traffic and by then you may have a nice mailing list or social following if you decide to create accounts with some of the major social media sites. Hope this gets the wheels spinning!

Sorry, you are way late to the game, this is a conversation you should have had this summer. Any seasonal planning is best done in advance of the holidays.

I agree that it is a bit late to be looking at focusing on Christmas sales. I would start building towards Valentines Day and Easter. You could also start looking ahead to the Spring buying season.

      • I agree, it's the time for anything spring or summer: gardening, home improvement, vacation travel, school graduation. I tend to be really late with my efforts too, so I sympathize!

There are lots of great ideas here in the forum. If you read it pretty regularly, you can get good answers to those questions.

        Good luck!
        Mary
