Help needed with Pitch/Thanks pages for ClickBank

Hi there
I have a great website: www.teenageproblemssolved.com already doing good business via Adwords and SEO
I want to link this into ClickBank. Not sure whether do do this via a Sub Domain (no idea how to do this) or some 3rd party site like pitchMagic (expensive monthly fees)
So I guess I am looking to hire someone to help me sort this out and get us up and running with CB
Any offers or recommendations?

    Is this your own product? It seems to me that it is.

    You would need to register with Clickbank and then pay the fee to become a vendor.

    I am not too sure if people would join your affiliate program. The reason why I say it because I took a look at your website and I did not like how it looks. I am not trying to be negative here. Just trying to give your some positive feedback.

    You need to hire someone to rebuild that website for you. Then you will need someone to create banners and emails so that future affiliates can have easy access to.
