E-commerce E-mail Template | Website Themes and Templates | Complex9 How does this work in set up and design.

Just get a designer to custom a template, where I can switch products weekly?

Upload it to a Aweber or icontact etc.

Also How do you get to automatically make sure any image is open on the subscribers end, i have seen some its automatically and others I have to choose the "View Image " on my email thanks.

I would ask the company that sell the templates. They should be happy to tell you. If they can not tell you there would be no point in buying them, right?

Quick, easy and inexpensive task to outsource to one of the freelance sites like odesk, elance, freelancer, fiverr, etc.

Doesn't make sense to do tasks like that yourself if you're not
proficient at it. Pay someone $5-$20 and spend your time
      on IPAs.

And, not the beer IPA but "Income Producing Activities!"

IPA first, then enjoy and IPA after mission accomplished! lol

Theme Forest has a lot of email templates to choose from: Email Templates | ThemeForest

In regards to images, that depends on what the recipient uses to open their emails. there's no way to 'force' your images to be displayed to everyone.

Most autoresponders allow you to send a plain text message as well, do that along with sending an HTML.
