If I can't sell my product on Clickbank, what do you suggest?

I have a history with Clickbank. I doubt they'll let me sell any product on there as a merchant anymore unfortunately. All it was my refund / chargeback rate was too high so they dropped my last product. Since then they've never accepted any product.

So if I"m launching something new I'm just debating if I should work with some other affiliate network. And if so which one is any good?

I'm thinking that an affiliate network of some sort would be the way to go.

Click2Sell, JVZoo or even Avangate if it has anything to do with selling software.

Yes, I think so: the last thing you want is to sell it somewhere where the affiliates are dependent on the vendor for payment (full-time, successful pro-affiliates typically won't even be willing to look, on that basis). So somewhere like JVZoo/Digiresults or whatever, where affiliates get paid in an automated process, might be very suitable? (Definitely not PayDotCom, where they don't).

But most importantly of all, make really sure that nothing about the product or sales page "revisits" your earlier history of a high level of refunds/chargebacks - because if that happens, it's going to be temporary wherever you sell it. The climate is changing. Most of the companies like ClickBank, Plimus and 2Checkout (and of course PayPal) are getting very strict not because they feel like causing problems to marketers, but simply because their own upline financial service providers demand it of them, in response to regulatory changes. Refunds and especially chargebacks are really bad news, however and wherever you market anything, these days - and there are reasons for that.

If i were you i would rather be asking "How do i improve my product quality"?
Judging by your statement you must be trying to sell some rather dodgy products, moving to another method of listing/selling is not going to help if the product is flawed...

All it was  Have you done a test run with yourf own list to make sure these issues aren't present in the new product? Did you do a mini launch to your list to grab stats and conversions? Also I would keep the commissions high on the FE.
How deep is your funnel? No matter where you go if these and other things are not in place you will never get good affiliate support. Also do a JV invite. There are a ton of places to let affiliate know that you are about to make a splash.
