CLICKBANK TEST NOT WORKING

Hi all, I'm trying to get the credit card testing on Clickbank to work, but I keep getting this message. I've enetered my own name etc correctly. I've regenerated the test credit card numbers to no avail Any ideas? Thanks...

There was 1 error on the page:
  • Credit card info entered does not match test credit card.

    A while ago I had a problem with having the test credit card
    information rejected several times but on trying again with the
    exact information it started working.

    However the error message was
    "A valid credit card number is required."

    It's strange to have a message
    "Credit card info entered does not match test credit card."

    How does it know it's a test credit card ?

    All I can suggest is you take snapshots of the
    generated test information and of the order form
    and send to ClickBank

    Yes I will have to agree with Harvey Segal. You would need to do a alt print screen and e-mail the results to click bank's support team.

    I'd suggest generating another credit card and then waiting 10 minutes before trying as it worked for me when I had this problem last week.

      I noticed a slowdown in vendor sales, which is unusual as there is usually at least a trickle, and I would actually expect to put on sales around Xmas.

      In fact, I haven't made a vendor sale for a few days.

      I tried test CC sales on all three of my clickbank accounts, and repeatedly got this error:

      We were unable to authorize your payment. Please make corrections to your payment information and try again, or try a different payment method. (3)


      I raised a ticket with ClickBank.

      I've now tried again, a couple of hours later, all 3 accounts - in one case using a new test CC number, in the other two using the same test CC numbers as previously, and they all worked.
