Building Affiliate Resource Page...Suggestions?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am in the process of creating an affiliate resource page for my new affiliate program. I was wondering if anybody can chime in as to what you personally look for when searching through an affiliate resource page. Is it banners? Is it good content? Why type of content, newsletters, articles, press releases? All of the above?

Any helpful thoughts would be much appreciated!

The biggest annoyance to me is when I have to link to a specific page as an affiliate. Sometimes I'd rather link to a resource on the site or even a blog post, but many affiliates only have links to their landing pages or demonstration pages. iDevAffiliate lets users create their own links and so do a few other ones like ShareASale. E-Junkie, AMember, and some other ones don't which, to me, is a bit frustrating, and ends in me sending people less traffic than I would otherwise.

Many people like Email Swipes they can copy to send to their lists.

@Marketer Matt thanks for the input, definitely will put that into consideration.

@roslyn agosta I am definitely going to look into email swipes for sure (especially after chadbmmo's vote of confidence on them). Thanks so much!

Email swipes or even follow up code to plugin aweber
Rebrandable e-book
Banners
Multiple landing pages
