Are you still learning the ropes? What is your learning Style?

I am working on a project at the moment and it would help me enormously if people could answer this poll which is aimed primarily at anyone who is trying to learn what they need to know to succeed (and that could of course be anything).

Please also leave some comments as that will be very helpful, perhaps I didn't include your learning style for instance?

Here's hoping I do this right as I have never posted a poll before (so that would be me learning LOL).

    Written tutorials with images are good for me. I can skim through it to find what I'm looking for. Audio would be next as I could multi-task.

    Don't have time to watch videos or attend webinars. I try but never end up watching the videos or attending the webinars.

      Thanks for doing the poll and for the further insight. I have to agree with you about videos and webinars. Often for me webinars are in the middle of the night at "crazy o'clock" which is not good, trying to learn whilst having matchsticks holding your eyes open is not very condusive to learning LOL

      As for videos, I hate viewing videos online, I will more often than not click off a page immediately if there is a video. I prefer written so I can take my time and work through it at my own pace, constantly pausing a Video would personally drive me nuts.

      I learn best with videos. I like being shown exactly what I need to do, it cuts down on ambiguity.
