so how to make money with email list.. ?
or in other question: how to build great relationship+build trust and make money with my list ?

but its that guarateed that that im gonna reach up 50% conversion with my list(which is my aim) ?

    This is a very broad question. One could sell you an entire course on making money with list building. In fact, you can go through one of such WSOs available in WF.

    Since this is a broad question - it's hard to answer in any particular way.

    I suggest you go through one of the free WSOs to get some detailed idea. Then come back here when you have some specific doubts about list building and making money with your list.
