How do you add a sig in a PHPbb forum

Hi everyone I am having problems trying to get my sig set up right in a forum was wondering how to do it it does not have a hyperlink icon like this form it has just code brackets I tried to put my url in the midle of the brackests but it is not showing up correctly can anyone tell me how to do it?[code]website link here...[code]???

  Some forum may place minimum post requirement before you can place your signature and it doesn't mean they will clarify in their forum rules like in my forum minimum post requirement is 30.

  They have disabled signature you should ask forum admin.
