I have a PR4 domain and need some content, please advise

So I picked up a PR4 domain (three of them actually) and need to put some content on them and get some more back links so I don't lose this PR4. Anyone got any suggestions on where I should get some content, and should I go out and offer itt for guest bloggers to submit?

If anyone can tell me what niche I should put this domain in, that would be appreciated. The domain is Sinvest IP | Struff About Internet Marketing (I forgot WF will put the name I put on the site, so ignore that, it is sinvestip.com) I would just as soon as do something in the IM niche, although most tell you to avoide that niche. And I don't know if the domain is right for that niche. I would probably need a new header too. But after the big domain name thing Google did, I forget the acronym for it.

As you can tell, I just wasn't ready for these domains to drop in my lap. So Warriors, please help me make some decisions and gert some content into thias domain before I lose it.

Bottom line though, this is a PR4 and I don't want to lose it. I got two others at the same time, so I am in a mad dash. collectifdc.com http://collectifdc.com/ and donorpoint.net http://donorpoint.net/

Just an idea for the niche, since it is S Invest, maybe stock investment, tips, products, bring in some live market information (If possible, got no idea). Just a thought for you.

I was looking at the IP and thinking Internet Marketing shows you how dumb I am.

    Thanks buddy.

Haha, I just saw the word invest so I just thought about investing . It's a lot to learn though, might be worth sticking to what you know. If you want to keep it in the IM niche, science of investing? Like how to invest their time correctly, psychology behind slacking off etc... or how to invest in software correctly, what investments will help them in terms of products, management software etc...

It doesn't look like the PR is real on that one. I would dump it.

I have checked it up and they do seem to be PR4 domains like the OP says. However, Mike has access to tools that provide a lot more info than I have access to so if Mike says dump them then I would consider doing that to be honest. Just to confirm Mike are you saying all 3 domains aren't real here?

      Thanks

I only saw the first one. The other two weren't in the OP. There are no links to it. I can find only 2 links and they are nothing special.

Looks like the same on the other two though.

I edited my OP and added some stuff without adding the EDIT notice.

Why do you think so? Is it possible for a domain to show fake IP?

Yeah it is very possible. There are several ways to do it.

The biggest indicator on these though is they have no links. You cannot have PR without any links.

In that case, what is the way to detect the actual PR of the site?

            There isn't one.

But I can tell you what it is in this case. Zero.

It is zero either because the links disappeared after the last PR toolbar update or because it was never real to start with. There is no way to be 100% sure of what a site's PR is ever. Google only releases the toolbar PR, which is often already weeks or months behind their actual data. In reality, Google's PR is constantly updated. They just don't tell us what it is.

            No links = No PR

Well I informed the seller that he can refund my money, or he can hear from my Prepaid Legal (or LegalShield now) lawyers. Let them deal with it, that is why I give them my monthly subscription to their service.

I will see what the seller wants to do.

No need to use SpyGlass. There is nothing to check.

Well I saw two back links for each of them and I don't know what PR they were. Software is so damn small that I had to check. I thought they had Hi PR so I went with it.

        What are you using Mike?

The fellow tells me he will refund. We were working on it when he had to leave. I couldn't get the damn registrar to release them back to him.

So, I got my money back on those three domains

Now I need someone to hlep me find some more PR2 or higher domains I can buy at a reasonable price, so I can figure thie business plan out. I just want to build up a smal high PR network, to do some backlinking from.

Does anyone out there do such things for the uninformed, either for free because they are good people, or paid, because they just don't work for free. Or whaqt ever the reasons, is there anyone who will teach someone without breaking someone's bank?

Tim I already spelled out exactly how to do it... Checking the backlinks is not that difficult. Watch the video I sent you.
