complete reflink protection

Hi

I want to ask is there some service/tool available that provides complete reflink protection. Besides cloaking which is preventing from reflink's ending being deleted,
Is there some service that change reflink, that way, that even if someone search for program's name in google and open it without our reflink later on, He still does become our referral ...
As long He doesn't reset his Internet connection, or clean the cookies in browser every time He opens the program in the same browser He has opened our reflink earlier on, He will become our referral.
Is there any service I have just describe above available?
P.S I am using currently viralurl service, but it's just cloaking...

    Sounds almost impossible because you are asking for a solution that survives cookie-cleaning. I haven't heard of such a service. Also, you want a domain specific search. I am not sure such a solution exists currently.

      I meant solution that will work as long as somebody doesn't clean cookies.
      Just if someone opens program at the same browser:
      Link is cloaked, but someone use program's name and search it in a google to open clean link.
      In that case I want service to install some cookie and even if someone opens clean link he still becomes our referral.

      Simple cookie will do the job I guess cause most of people don't want to bother that much...(searching for that cookie manually cause some other cookies might be useful)
      Any service suggestions?
