Email Marketing Conversions - What Works For You?

I am interested in knowing from other Warriors as to whether you have split tested using Images in your email. For people that do solo ads, ad swaps and general marketing to their lists, are you having better CTR using buttons to open or just simple text links?

I have better luck with simple text links. The key, however, is to recruit your double optin in list carefully and stay on-niche with your email blasts.

Yeah. No one really risks HTML/images in emails anymore. We like to do things with plain text.

  HTML. I use Image source and no pic attachments.
  
  You would be surprised what a Product Image and a Find out More or Get Instant Access button will do with your click rates.
  
  Images can be very powerful in many respects over text, but to each their own...

I want to know it too. But as a subscriber, I don't like a sender ,who usually send me email more than once in one day.

For me simple plain text does the trick. The main problem using HTML images in your emails is that not everyones browsers is equipped to o decipher the HTML, which will leave the email looking ugly and scattered.

Key for me is this: Ask yourself the following question:

Would your friends mail you with hyped up CTA buttons and layout?
Answer: no...

This is simply why I use basic text and textlinks.
I want my list to see me as their friend
