What features would you like to see in a one-stop-shop IM service?

Dear fellow Marketers,

Imagine you are a newbie Internet Marketer, or you not a newbe but you are about to launch a new product/website.

And you don't know how a single HTML command, or even if you know, you don't want to mess with a single line of code.

If in the perfect world you could have a web-based service to manage all your IM needs, What are the features that you wold want to see ?
