Anyone have trouble with Linkshare???

I haven't had a payment from Linkshare for a while. I have over $1100 I am suppose to receive, most of then from the diamonds Factory. Linkshare is still awaiting payment from them from August!!
I have contacted both of them multiple times. Only answer I am getting from Linkshare is that they are trying to get payment and no response from the Diamonds Factory. What are my options? Anyone else have a similar situation?

    try call them by phone to resolve fast. link share is a decent network, i never heard anyone complaining.

      Thanks. I think the problem is with the affiliate, not the network. I have heard back from Linkshare and they are trying to get payment from the affiliate
