Domain Sniping Software

Who here has purchased and used any of the Domain Sniping tools? I am new to domaining and would like to get started in that niche but not sure if any of these tools actually work and how successful people have been with any.

Their individual cost is not that much but I don't want to just through money away if they don't work as touted. Can someone with experience give me some direction as to whether to buy or not?

I'm looking at Mike Tylers, GoDomain Sniper Pro but can't get any real feed back on it.

Thanks, swtp43 (alex)

I have the godomain sniper and I think it's a great tool . It will show you the age, google rank, number of backlinks, value, alexa rating. I was able to get a domain with a google rank of 3 from godaddy for 11$.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. For the price I bought it anyway. It is good to know that you are getting good results with it.

I use Expired Domains with PR, Backlinks and more completely FREE it is COMPLETELY FREE. Start with free tools then when you have enough cash, invest in paid tools.

Thanks for responding. For the price I bought it anyway. Since I'm new to this I figured the instructional ebook that comes with the software is worth the $10. I've spent more than that on garbage WSO's that weren't worth the effort of reading them let alone attempting to make the work.

I did not know about the site you gave me a link to. Thank you for that! Now I have two tools to work with.

      Thanks, swtp43 (alex)

PS - What kind of experience do you have with domaining? Are there any 'GOOD' products on the subject that you would recommend? Please PM me if you do.

Yes, just stick with expired domains ... don't pay for any domains tool. Most resources are free to check backlinks, PR, Alexa etc

    .
Ever notice that people who spend money on WSO, memberships and courses, are always complaining about being broke and not making any money ?

They should have bought ASSETS instead.

I agree. I'll know better once I begin using the service. Tell me though, how informative did you find the instructional ebook that comes with the software? Is it anything like what they tout in their sale copy? I have not been able to find any product with real usable information. For the most part, like most WSO products, they tell what to do, BUT not any tell you how, which is why I have stopped buying them based on their sales copy alone. Instead I ask for other peoples opinions before buying.

        Thanks, swtp43 (alex)

Its tricky figuring out the true value of domains which are expiring. Page rank is what most people use to value domains. What most people don't know is that the page rank that google internally uses is very different from the page rank shown on the toolbar.

I've bought a few domains with high page rank which have lost their page rank over 6 months after purchase. The trick is to check the individual pages which link to the domain and see whether the link is in form of a blog roll (i.e. multiple links close to each other) or an actual link in the text. If its a blog roll link, you can be assured that it will not be there a few months after purchase.

I've found checking the SEOmoz rank, the SEMrush traffic data, Alexa rank in addition to Page rank to be beneficial in filtering the domains - and I definitely check the backlinks from google.

Thanks but I bought it before waiting for these responses. Your selling sites and domains which is what I want to do. Where did you get the initial information to begin doing this? What product's would you recommend to a newbie to begin learning the ins and out of this niche business?

      Thanks, swtp43 (alex)

I use GoDomain Sniper Pro myself and I just recently purchased 15 PR 3-4 domains with it... I use these to rank my other sites with High PR links.
