Will my marketing service company in the UK, I have only success in building my own client list.

The way, I gather my own client list is via simple leaflet distribution to various SME and other corporate clients and when they ring through for any solution, I do ask them if they are ok to have my future services as an offer via, email call or letter.

This method is very slow and will take years to gather information from local clients but you know what, because they called to enquired about services, I do not have any problem selling my services as at least my customers in the UK local makes an effort.

You can try offline technique to find laser pointed customer list using :
a) Going to businesses and offering your service via booking an appointment with the business directors and other ( relevant personal )
b) Making a simple phone call and asking them if they need the type of service your are offering ( of course with your sales speech ) 6/10 they will say they do not need. But atleast you got 4
c) Offer services advertised in a local and national new paper to get phone call about your services and capture their details and ask for permission for future use.

Hope this helps. Incase you are trying to catch international market, surely you need to get act as JV project. But make sure, the company you are trying to get all the information from maintains ethical way of collecting company information as well as those are targeted audience and not just random, which is not targeted to your niche. If you go through WF threads or give a search for mailing list then you will surely find a lot of our fellow warrior are selling email list and others.
