I just put a Amazon associate link on my site and was wondering what kind of return people are getting.

The number of sales on my sites vary from as little as 1 every 2 months to slightly less than 1 a day, depending on the niche. My hottest niche varies with the time of year. It is health and fitness related. During the warmer months it peaks at about 1 to 1+ Amazon items per day.

I'll tell you right now that you are not going to any type of "return" just by putting a link on your website. You need to target specific buyers and then drive them to your site if you want to see any sales.
