Jason Fladlein is a genius indeed.. I love his whole "1 problem 1 solution" and don't stand up from your seat til you're done writing.. And you have a product.. Look up his product creating course

A couple of little tips:

By the time you have learnt to create a product you could have had one made and been selling by outsourcing the work to those that specialise in the different parts of the process.

These don't have to cost a fortune, and will allow you to do the bits that really matter and that most importantly your good at.

Anything by Kevin Riley, if you want step by step instructions from somebody who has ran offline businesses as well as online, he's your man. Once I commented on a video of his on youtube that I was going to buy a product of his, but because it was similar to one I had already bought of his, he called me personally from Japan(!!!!!) to tell me to save my money. How many people would do that. Within a month of going through his program, I was making money with my own products, the previous 2 years I made close to nothing.
