Help With Nanacast + InternetSecure Not Working

I have read many threads on warrior forum before joining. I am joining today because I really need help and I am going nowhere so far dealing with support from nanacast and InternetSecure.

I decided on nanacast because it had more capabilities than 1shoppingcart for the same price, for my business Low Fat Vegan Chef Recipes and I wanted the membership feature.

I'm in Canada so my business is based in Canada, my customers are mostly American.

I looked at all the payment processor options with nanacast and went with InternetSecure because they offered a free introductory offer and 2.9% fees and 25 cents a transaction for visa/mc. And they take both American and Canadian Amex, and USA Discover.

I'm with a nanacast trial right now trying to get everything set up, all the products are working, and when payments are taken through paypal there is no problem.

I set up Internet Secure with my gateway number as the username and then for the password nanacast says "the password can be anything but it cannot be blank" I have no idea if it matters what is in there.

Anyway Up until today not a single sale worked because I got this error code:

"Transaction has failed for the following reason: Access denied from '204.228.228.106' Reason Code 1. Please try another name, billing address or credit card number variation or contact the seller for support."

Internet Secure told me they did NOT have that ip address for nanacast and so they added it, and asked if nanacast had anymore ip addresses they should add. I am waiting to hear back from support on this. (I have had many emails back and forth with nanacast support, they never once said that was the problem, and have offered little help in this matter)

So now I go to process a test sale and I get this error code

"Transaction has failed for the following reason: This transaction has been declined Reason Code 2. Please try another name, billing address or credit card number variation or contact the seller for support."

Internet secure has no idea what the problem is, and nanacast hasn't responded yet. But this has been going on for days and no one can seem to understand what the problem is. They point the finger at eachother.

I need to know if ANYONE is using InternetSecure and Nanacast successfully.

Also doesn't nanacast test using gateways they recommend? This seems insane.

I need this fixed asap as I have boxing week sales going out next week and am going on vacation.

If I can't get it to work I will have to just run everything through paypal, BUT it makes the catalogue pages look much uglier having the info form and the button under each product, instead of just allowing for a simple check out link to attach to a graphic button of your choice. Paypal payments cannot be accepted with the standard checkout link, only if you generate a button with the form can you do paypal or credit card.

Very frustrated, I am hoping someone on here has experience with this.

    Nanacast finally got back to me and said that InternetSecure needed to have all their IP addresses approved from 204.228.228.101 through 204.228.228.110
    and that it's possible no one else is using InternetSecure with Nanacast for the past 18 months since their system changed.

    Well that was pretty frustrating.

    Also another reason I wanted InternetSecure is because you can do authorizations from you iPhone for in person sales which works for me as I can sell physical products at events.
