Trying to buy xrummer

So i paid for Xrummer from the main site. Today they told me they had no record of me paying. I called paypal they said botmasterlabs receved payment.... I dont know what to do... Help... Anyone have experience with them..

    lol. well, I *believe* you are dealing with russian hackers (the ones who originally wrote the software)... so... don't p*ss them off?

    it's really not an app you should be using anyways.
