New years resolution?

hey guys

the new year often is a time where people set up new goals or targets for their online business,

i thought it might be useful for people to post up what their new years resolution is for the up coming year, (for their online business) - it may give others ideas to improving there own sites

i dont mean things like make 2 million dollars, i mean

to provide a better service to clients by responding to more emails or to putting more effort into improving the content in your blog posts

I plan to really focus in on whats already working well! Then see how I can improve on these even more. Thinking out side the box!

3 months ago i learnt something about myself and that is. I will never ever achieve my new year resolution.
So the only way to achieve my goals is to have shorter deadlines.
I mean honestly not many people really work towards what they set for the new year.

Hence i came up with new month resolution.
I concentrate on what i want to achieve the next month.
So far it has been pretty impressive i must say. I achieve more than what i would set in a year.

Anyways back to my new month resolution.
Its a new year 2013!!! the world didnt end so back to business.
I would love to find more ways to scale up my revenues. Might be looking in 1 more new advertising platform and scale it up from there. Cheers

I will be focusing on LEVERAGE.

Setting up things where others do all the hard work for me.

You can only ever get so far doing things by yourself.

I figured out that resolutions are just that. I mean how many people actually really do the next year what they say they are going to?

It's true cannot just say earn $xxx better to have clearly defined goals, short, medium and long term and write them down. Always been told that they shouldn't be too easy but also have to be realistically attainable...

      Mine are;

      Short term (1-6 months)
Spend less time on-line including WF
      Implement better time-management
      Un-subsribe from 50% of lists
Focus on no more than 2 or 3 on-line projects in any one month
      Stop procrastinating and Take Action

      Medium Term (6-12 months)
Reduce Working hours in off-line business
      Spend more time with family
      Get out and exercise more

      Long term (12-24 months)
      Upgrade Car
      Move House
      Keep Learning

Might be boring to some but each persons goals will be different and I wish everyone here luck in achieving theirs and a happy 2013
