Help with WP Simple Paypal Shopping Cart

Good Morning,

Help! I really want to use this plugin.

Have loaded and reloaded but the product setting are not appearing on my dashboard.

I have the settings area. Pretty simple to config. but I do not have the WP setting area for adding products, downloads etc.

Any suggestions as to why it is not appearing on my dashboard.

I have not tested this plugin. Btw, is it free to download? If it is, I can help to download and test it before I can tell you how to resolve the issue.

If free, where can I download it to test for you?
