Value of a Niche Site - To Sell Brand New

So I have a niche site that I have created offline, i plan to launch it, it is an amazon niche site that has 30 pages, but I am not sure what it would be worth. I don't really want to promote it, I was just hoping to flip it for about $250-$350. Is this even possible?

Depends on the content and potential of your website obviously.

What is your website about? Does it have unique content? Unique user experience?

If the site has no visitor or revenue history, your main selling point is going to be convenience; that is, the time saved in researching and building a potentially profitable site. Work out how long it took you and factor in your hourly rate, and that's roughly what it's worth - to you. Of course, believing what it's worth and convincing a prospective buyer of that are two different things.

You may have to end up promoting it anyway.
