Just How Much Would It Cost

I usually get by just fine with my premium wordpress themes, however lately I have begun to make some really nice money from adsense with this niche i found and I would love to upgrade the theme to a completely custom theme like SECURITY GUARD TRAINING HEADQUARTERS - Your Center for Security Guard Training to see if I can increase my earnings and appear authoritary enough to build a list and capture leads.

I want to focus on adsense monetization but if i can build a list i can market affiliate products to them, and since this niche has very high end products I bet I could make some nice commissions from the list.

I usually don't like to buy special themes but I was wondering if someone could give me an appraisal of how much a theme like the one above costs?

    Hey Greg,
Taking an educated guess, for the theme and functionality AND install/config of course, you're probably looking at around $400.

A very good website that has an excellent selection of well made WP themes is Premium WordPress Themes, Web Templates, Mobile Themes | ThemeForest.

You could always put a job request on one of the outsourcer sites like odesk or guru.com, find someone with a good track record and show them the site to see what they say.

Your other alternative is...do it yourself. There are various "Wordpress frameworks" out there that require little coding experience and run off a WYSIWYG interface where you can drag and drop elements into your page, change colours, images, content etc.

So a few options there for you buddy, I'm sure others will join this thread with their ideas shortly

    Cheers,
    Paul.

Hi, there is really nothing to special about this theme you can get one very similar over at theme forest and it looks like you can get this one but they hid that in their source code so I cant see it. At theme forest check out the "Drive" theme $15, very cool responsive corporate looking theme.

The map on there site is a plugin they have it listed in their source code, just right click > view page source.

It even shows they are using clicky.com for their analytic's.

You could put this together in under an hour for under $50

The adding an opt in form is a piece of cake. There are 20 ways to do that, plus 3 or 4 plugins for it too.

      Have a great day,
      Patrick

[Edit] P.S. you can use adsense integrator free plugin to put adsense in the best zones on nearly any theme. It was harsh on one theme I did it on but all the others 20+ have been no sweat and its free.
