Hello guys, I'm actually looking for a solution for a company that I work for as a consultant and I was thinking that some of you might be able to help me for that problem. We are looking for a software / a solution to create automatic multiple e-forms. These forms has to be good looking and easy to create for a complete newbie in programming. If you guys have any ideas, I'm here to listen. Here are the list of software we have so far : Sharepoint (InfoPath) Alphinet EdgeConnect Adobe Lifecycle Thank you! |

JMLebeau, I'm going to take a shot at this...and hope I am understanding what you are asking for. It not, maybe you could clarify further on exactly what you are looking for. 2 things came to mind: Adobe Acrobat + FormGenie is a pretty easy solution. You can simply create a form in Acrobat (or have it automatically create form fields from a printed form) then use Form Genie as the plugin to have the filled out forms emailed to you. There are some more expensive, server based approaches to using Adobe Acrobat as a form filling tool...but this one worked well and the forms can just be printed and always look the same from machine to machine. Second, I'd try this software tool from Joel Comm: Instant Form Pro - Create Unlimited and Instant Online Surveys It's a pretty impressive standalone piece of software that will allow you to create custom fields and gather lots of data via surveys and online fill in forms. Hope this helps, Jack |

| InstantFormPro is your best bet. Not only do you get the software hosted on your own site, with no monthly fees ever. But it's unlimited usage, surveys etc. No fees.. It embeds on virtually any site, integrates with Aweber, AND you get FULL ACCESS to the source code. So you can hire programmers to do just about anything you want to it. Use it as a base to create your own custom solution. If you want a private demo link PM me and I'll send one to you. |

I was considering using Appnitro's MachForm 2.0 until I read their terms of use...They prohibit use on Gay/Lesbian sites (that is, ALL Gay or Lesbian sites..eg, health sites, travel sites, etc, not just porno). Dan Nickerson removed this restriction from his instant form pro, and that is reason enough to spend the extra dollars to go with him. Good for you, Dan.

I have a online script that creates forms and make them secure without the need of captcha.. You can create any kind of form you need. If interested PM me to discuss the exact details of what you need.. Yes you will be able to host the script yourself and use it to create any kind of form with unlimited usage. James |
