Jvzoo automatic Refund. Please Help

Hey guys,
earlier this morning.
I have a few customers of mine who had issues after buying my wso.
They were given automatic refunds after purchasing and one of them said that I was unethical as i wanted to increase the price right after purchase.
i do not understand.
Have anyone encountered this problem?
I set the price to be on dimesale and there was a couple of sales coming in at the same time.
Does this mean that this happened because the price increase right after the dimesale?
Is this possible anyone had troubles with this before?

I contacted Jvzoo i just wanted your opinions.
I am worried because the guy seems mad as if i was really unethical but i have no idea whats going on and thats just my assumption.

    Just explain to him in simple terms what you think happened.

    Usually if someone is coming off "really mad" it's because they are doing shock and awe on you to get a quick refund or to intimidate you for some other reason.

    The refund has been given, end of story, move on.

    Yes, this can happen. If they sit around on the sales page too long, by the time they click the buy button a few others may have purchased before them and forced the price up.

    Not much you can do about that unfortunately.

    If someone is going to refund over that then you probably don't want them as a customer anyway.

    alright thank you guys. But now theres a huge problem. somehow all my transactions that happen today are automatically refunded. I dont even know where to start. its affecting my refund rate so much. its now at 50%. I mean a refund only happens if i actually issue one but i didnt refund it at all . Any ideas ?

    This is the first time I have heard anything like this happening for legitimate sales. With the limited information I have from this thread, it sounds like one of your affiliates may have been identified by our system as a bad apple. Have you opened a ticket with the support desk? Shoot me over a PM with your username, the product ID, and all pertinent information.

      I have opened a ticket with Jvzoo and i got a follow up from one of the staffs but no 2nd follow up yet.
      The sales are coming in from 2 affiliates and one of them have been pretty good actually for the pass few days.

    .25 Cents.... Lol!

    So many cheapos on the WSO forum it seems, that want the world for $7.00

    I'm sorry, I just looked at your WSO, and realized that they probably only had to pay, like .05 cents more a the most, since your WSO price is still at $2.03.

    If someone complains about paying less than $3.00 you do not need them as a customer in the first place.......
