Have a website and need some help

If you could look at my website and tell me what I am doing wrong I would appreciate it. I am getting loads of traffic but no sales yet what can I change any help would be appreciated:confused:
my site is wantingtosucceed.com. there is not much on there now I am trying to rebuild it to make it more profitable any suggestion even on products would be much appreciated.

    I am not seeing any of your products on your site? Sales means affiliate commissions from your listed affiliate sites, you are talking about?

    First update the site design little more professional. Take out google ads.

    Display your products on homepage.

    Set up opt-in on left menubar on every page + create a seperate page for it.

    Just few of my thoughts!

      Putting my products on the homepage.
      Do I use banner ads are text ads which is better I appreciate all the help I am very new to this and need to learn how to convert traffic into sales if you have any are know af any products that helped you pm me and let me know thanks alot.

    Move your opt-in box nearer the top, (or at least above the fold). So visitors don't have to scroll down to find it
