Converting text to subtitles
Hi all
I have a transcription of a video in text format, and I want to create a video with subtitles (for translation purposes).
I can't find a way to do that.
I understand that I need to convert the transcribed text to SRT file. What's the fastest way to do that in a way that the subtitles will match the audio?
I remember that there was a software that allowed to take a plain text file containing the dialog lines in sequential order and applying these lines as subtitles into during the video playback using just a click. I don't remember the name of the program.
