bet captcha and way to beet email spam

Hi
I have ran into a problem lately of people (or I believe one person) spamming me through my online form
I fixed a problem with one form I had yesterday at around 6 and now at 1.53 I have had over 100 emails
They seem non threatening just a whole lot of links to online stores (also seems kind of pointless)

I know there are a bunch of captcha codes and scripts out there but which are the best to prevent this

    True but as I said I have had over 100 spam in less than 24hrs so I need to do something

    I have used recaptcha for years - and it's reduced my spam to a trickle.
    Started when I was getting hundreds of spam blog posts a day.
    Simple questions will stop the automated spam - but may be quicker and easier to answer for real people offering a posting service for peanuts.
    So neither way will stop it 100%
