OFFLINE GIVEAWAY REPORTS: What Works?

What do you think the most enticing free reports for local businesses are?

Of course this would depend on the intent of the site, but in your opinion, what do you think is most desirable by local businesses?

Poor Web Design

YP phasing out

Local Marketing Mistakes

Social Media

etc... (can be anything)

P.S. There are many good WSO's that can save you a ton of time with giveaway reports. One REALLY well written one I picked up is one by Calvin (hotlinks). Highly recommended! NO EDITING NECESSARY!!!

One cool thing to test is to pick up a few of those reports, modify them a bit to suit different applications, and test title changes, report graphics, and call to action. (be sure it's within the scope of the rights you purchased!!!)

That is the point to this thread...I'm testing opt in report graphics at the moment, but finding the TITLE (of the report graphic) is making an enormous difference.

In my experience, local business owners care about exactly two things when it comes to the web:

1. How can this save me time
2. How can this make me money

There are many things that fit under those two topics that include some of the things you talked about, but instead of putting it in terms like "social media" and "good vs. bad webdesign" instead put it in terms of saving time and making money. Then, whatever you give them, assuming it is true and actually makes sense, will catch their attention.
