Google Adwords/ppc? Can someone help me Please?

Hello out there... I've been doing affiliate marketing only through FREE methods for the last few years but now I'm trying ppc... I understand that you're able to target specific sites with your ads but I'm not sure how to do this. Can someone please take me through the steps on setting up site specific advertising. I'm interested in advertising only on Canadian bathroom and kitchen sites. I believe that I'm suppose to setup two campaigns. One for keywords and the other for site specific advertising. Any help would be highly appreciated... Thx

Second question... Does any know of another site like quantcast.com but shows sites that I can advertise on in (only) Canada? I had a look at quantcast.com about two years ago and it was primarily the for states. Or can you suggest any tools/ideas to find Canadian bath and kitchen sites that accept text/banner advertising?
