Is The Old Sales Pitch Not Attractive Anymore? (For JVZoo Products)

I've been promoting plugins from JVZoo marketplace along with many other plugins from elsewhere. Others are doing well - while JVZoo just doesn't seem to work! Is it because the sales pages and pitch used by products listed in JVZoo marketplace no more attractive to the visitors? I mean, the other products have their own sites and so do the products from JVZoo, but those other products have 'neat' sales, pricing, and features pages while products from JVZoo have EVERYTHING on the single page and is presented in that sales pitch which attracted many before (those buttons, tables, videos etc.).

What do you think? Are those sales pitch no more attractive?

    A lot of JVZoo products are posted on a forum like the WSO or FSO forums. This type of setting isn't ideal for your everyday traffic.

    If you didn't know about the WSO forum, how often are you going to buy from a forum post? Before discovering the WF, I would of never trusted a sale through a forum post.

    SO, if you have IM plugin traffic who are not used to WSOs/FSOs, then JVZoo products won't convert.... But if you're building your list from forums like this or from WSO launches, then the conversions will much higher because they are used to offers in that setting.

    The JVZoo product offers aren't less attractive to buyers... they are just less attractive to your buyers. There are many list builders out there who kill it from JVZoo products alone.

    You could also be choosing offers from JVZoo that don't fit your list great too or are just bad converters. Those are just a few reasons it could be.

      Well I guess you're right. My readers are Wordpress owners. I mostly promote JVZoo products on PluginsWP.Net...Also, the products I choose are very much related to my buyers (I know that because they buy similar products from elsewhere through my links).

      Anyways, I guess I'll give more focus to JVZoo products through my lists.

    When you started selling this? if it was too long ago, maybe it is over-burned this means that is not popular anymore, because everyone already purchased. If no go and create a website with your name and for any web page there (domain/page-1) offer one of your products won't be so different but may help! :0

      Well I started about 3 months back. I don't understand the last part - I'm not talking about selling as the plugin developer. I'm talking about promoting the products.

    What is a JVZoo product? JVZoo is a service that allows people to set up an instant affiliate program. Whenever I hear "JVZoo Product" or "ClickBank Product", I cringe. It's this way of thinking that makes people believe you can just throw a product up and make a fortune. The folks that are making huge money on the JVZoo platform are the ones that develop lots of relationships with affiliates or use affiliate managers to push their products.

    Your products should be defined by what they do, who they are made by, and your brand name, not the platform you use to sell it on.... Although we do appreciate the free advertising when people say "JVZoo Product".

      Hahah, don't get me wrong there Brian. You see, maybe not all, but most of the products on JVZoo have those 'sales pages'. Let me give you a simple example of my comparison between a 'sales page' and a 'site' for a single product/service. Visit wpoptinpro.com (a product being sold on JVZoo) and wpemailcapture.com - a random product. If you compare the two - which one attracts you with its first impression?

      Thus, my question comes here - Is the Old Sales Pitch (such as the one in WP Optin Pro) Not Attractive Anymore?

        The point honestly is JVZoo is a platform which has no control over how a vendor wants their sales page to look. As long as it's within the terms, they set them up how ever they would like. There's a ton of plugin sales pages though that look nothing like your example and have sold a ton of copies. There's also plugins that look exactly like your example that have also sold a ton of copies. The one you used as an example of the "sales pages" is actually one of them that did very well. I'd look at the stats of the products you're promoting, see how they've done already.

        You can see right from the affiliate market place exactly which ones are selling and which ones are either not or have yet to. So if you are picking ones that already show signs of selling well, then you're standing a pretty good chance of doing just fine

        Of course they're always sleepers or people who don't have an affiliate or JV base that have great products. Finding those is always nice for sure. But what a persons sales page looks like doesn't really have anything to do with the network it's listed on.

    Don't look like everyone else and you will be fine. Truth be told people are starting to pick up on the BS and the more you appear to look like the garbage out their thats the response you will get.

    Aim to separate yourself and see how that goes!
