Trafficexplode needs peoples passwords to work properly? any negative effects with your visitors?

Hey everyone I was just looking into viralinviter and trafficxplode and as i was checking out the demo for trafficxplode I was kinda struck by the fact that you have to put in your actual email password into the form.

Has anyone had problems with people not wanting to put this secret info into a form? I would imagine it would have a negative response by most people. I know i sure wouldnt want to put my password in just to invite some friends.

Maybe someone who has used it could tell me if it works well and if youve had any problems with non-takers. I would really like to use an application like this but i want to find out first.
