Good Free Minisite templates?

Hi,

I have spent some time trying to find good minisite templates, that I would be able to use for my own purposes ( commercial ) and would be able to put my own copyright on them, and remove any links to any one, from the template. I basically want a side that I can customize and used for free, without having to link to anyone for doing so.

Do you guys know of any?
