Do visitors really have that faith?
I'm doing a split testing with 4 sites under the same niche, same keywords, same monetization, but not the contents.
1- Persuaded based review on products and not really the actual quality products are. (Not much research, don't know exactly the quality of the products and use bias contents with well written, outsourced writters).
2- Well research, product reviewing with a bad gramatical and contents. (Research for quality products but bad content; I mean I'm bad at English but honest at reviews, written by me.)
3- Well research with well content (Use quality of the products with the quality of the content, outsourced writters.)
4- Persuaded based review with real contents made by me which really bad of all form of English (I don't know the quality of products, I don't care to do many researchs, but I care about commisions, written by me.)
For 6 months testing, there are results that I can make an assumption for the 4 sites:
1- Didn't get enough leads to the products, but the Email Opt-In were by far the most effective for monetization.
2- Didn't get enough leads to the products, too, but having good relationship with returning visitors.
3- It's a bad one for leads conversion, but well worth of Adsense earning.
4- My best income, the most lead conversion among 4 sites, Adsense clicks were good, visitors always returning, more opt-in lists, and good user interaction.
I'm a bad English usage guy with prior knowledge with Englsih. Therefore, if I want to have a good content, I must outsource. But, some sites, I always do it myself that lead the one faith to my readers that It's real review from the author without any technical marketing persuasion.
What I wonder for me is that; most IM'er as said that well written conent with no prior mistakes including grammatical issue is the best conversion content. If we thow a vague and a not good content issue, the readers will not trust on the quality of the product or service that we promotes, like my case.
So that this is for only me that happen like this? :confused:
