The title says it all. What was your first venture in the online world and how successful were you with it?

My first venture was selling books on Amazon for affiliate change. My first real venture was selling my own guide on how to stop smoking using hypnosis.

  My first venture into IM was purchasing a mobile marketing course by Mack Michaels called "Cell Phone Cash", in 2009.
  
  I tried running some campaigns on Admob, direct linking to Clickbank product sales pages, which failed miserably.
  
  I haven't done any mobile marketing since, but would like to get into it at some point in the near future.

My adventure began on ebay. Made it to silver seller but became tired of the hassle of having to physically mail things out. cheers

Some website I created in 1995 (or 1996), one of the very first in my niche ever, which I foolishly abandoned 7 years later. It was making money through ads.

My first venture was eBay... buy low, sell high.

Made good money doing that back in 2009 was averaging about $1K/wk ... not sure if eBay and Paypal allow you to transact so freely these days though.

I tried amazon affiliate links on my sites and reviews. I then started writing kindle books about my experiences sailing. Writing for kindle is the best thing I've found so far.
