Media Liability Insurance or something else?

I searched around on WF and there is not much discussion on liability insurance. My initial concern came from a discussion on Disclaimers, and does putting one on your website or ebook really protect you from a lawsuit (Answer seemed to be "Not Really"). I am familiar with general liability insurance from running a business previously, but I don't think that would cover these situations. It also would not cover any copyright or trademark lawsuits.

I found this article describing media liability insurance and it sounds promising: Media Liability Insurance a Growing Issue in a World of Wire and Print

A quote from the above link:
"Media Liability Insurance provides very valuable third party coverage against liable, slander, defamation of character, copyright, trademark & patent infringement, personal injury liability, invasion of privacy claims or unfair competition claims that RESULT in financial consequence or personal injury."
And a little searching later led me to Axis Pro Media Liability Insurance. Reviewing the application looks like it is perfect for people running blogs or doing internet marketing. AXIS PRO Media Liability Program

Does anyone here worry about this issue or have any type of insurance to cover it?

Or, what is the real risk of getting sued for publishing a webpage or ebooks? My real concern would be if I gave some advice in an article someone used and they injured themselves or caused damage to something.
