Domian Copyright vs Content?

Okay, so for an amazon site I have, I want to really blast myslef up in the SERPS by creating various resources (web 2.0, articles, etc) but since it is an amazon site the best thing I can do is include the product name in the title, will this lead to problems?
#content #copyright #domian

If you will be a small fish in the ocean, maybe nobody will notice you but if you start growing there might be serious problems.

Is better to just avoid problems before than hitting your head to the wall later.

If Amazon receives complaints of you abusing trade marks and or copy right they can / will close your Associate account.

Okay, so it seems like as long as I provide goo content there isn't a problem, since all associates have to use the actual product name...

I think you'll be fine using the product name in the title of your articles and within your articles. If you're planning on using it in your domain name, then you're on much shakier ground.

What do you mean by "title"?

Are you talking about the title of a website, a page, an article, something that will appear in people's browser-window headings, or the url of a page, or the domain-name of the site itself? The answer to "Will this lead to problems?" depends on which one(s) you're referring to!
