Warrior forum Vs. Warrior Plus

I don't know if any of you guys have noticed that in the rules for affiliates in the W+ clearly says: DO not post your affiliate link in your WSO thread, if you do. You will get your warrior plus and warrior forum accounts terminated forever (banned).

And once I saw that the Admin wrote on the Bumping and posting rules for WSOs this IMPORTANT UPDATE: The Warrior Forum Is Not Associated With ANY Of The Services Like Warrior+,

So if these 2 companies are not associated between each others How can the W+ ban you from the Warrior forum if they are not associated?

NOTE: I really don't have intentions of refusing any of the Terms and Conditions of any of the mentioned sites I just want to know that.

Thanks.

Mike Lantz of WarriorPlus can't ban you here, but he states that because it's a rule here. Therefore, you can get banned at both places, but you'd be banned by two different people.

Might be a good idea to read the rules if you're selling or thinking of selling a WSO.

    12. For offers posted after May 26, 2012, you may not promote your affiliate program within a WSO thread. For a general explanation, see the discussion starting with this post. (Posted May 26, 2012)

it's a sub forum of the Warrior Forum
That's not correct. W+ is an independently owned and operated site. It is not part of or controlled by the WF - and the WF is not controlled by W+.

It doesn't say W+ will ban you from the WF - just that you would be banned on both sites. That's because both sites have that rule.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

They can't, they're just giving you a heads up to the new forum rules. Use to be, you
could recruit affiliates directly from your WSO thread, now that's not allowed.

I read the rules long time ago, and now I remember this important rule: Affiliate links are not allowed, so that's how you will get banned from both sites, by different people.
Sorry guys and thanks for your answers, I appreciate it.
    All the best.
