clickbank product name in domain name

I would like to have a clickbank product in my domain but i guess i shouldn't risk it as it's trademarked.

but would i be able to use a clickbank name if it wasn't trademarked, the one i was looking at had a registered (r) symbol.

but what should i have instead? i don't know what niche i will choose. i don't think i will have one. i will just choose low comp clickbank products.

so i will have reviews in the domain name but what else?

also how do websites like these stay around?

iPad 3 Reviews | iPad 3 Release | Apple iPad 3
IPhone 3
Apple HDMI - HDMI Cables and Adapters

these aren't even difficult to find and i thought apple were strict on their trademark. also the apple hdmi site is using amazon affiliate.

Some companies have not catche into them, and it really is a risky business.

EMDs aren't worth it anymore, start building a brand!

Don't use brand names in your domain name. Instead, use a broader phrase that relates to your niche market. That way, you'll be able to promote more products on the same site, which means that you'll be able to have more content and over time, will be able to outrank other sites in your particular niche. The search engines prefer larger sites now because they provide more value to the end user -- the goal of a search engine.

in my post I said that i don't really have a niche and i will just go for not very competitive clickbank products. that is my strategy and my niche - not competitive clickbank products.

i have no idea if it's a good idea or not.

so if i'm doing this what do you think my domain should be?

Do you have the rights to use their product names?
        No you don't!

So why are you risking it?
        Ex: Murphy's Weight loss ebook.

Dont make that the domain, make the domain weightlesssecrets.com or something like that.

Anyway, I hate this review site method and I generally think iris a waste of time. I instead would make a weight loss brand able name and write about it while gaining emails. Then I would send those emails my article with the clickbank item.

    Complete waste of time.

What if the vendor leaves clickbank?
What if they change the product name?
What if you end up in court?

    Forget it.
