Can I Get My Amazon Affiliate Account Back? Have South Carolina Address Instead Illinois

I'm in Illinois and my Amazon affiliate account was terminated as we were a state with an idiot governor. My dad is moving to South Carolina today so I have a South Carolina address I can use. Is it as simple as changing my address an my account gonig active again or do I need to re-apply? Can I become an amazon affiliate again now that I have an address in a state you can be a partner?

Also I cannot find a list of acceptable amazon affiliate states so just wanted to make sure South Carolina is an acceptable state for amazon affiliates.

I'm in SC - Yes, this state is accepted by Amazon.

BUT your dad is the one who will be living there - NOT you - so this is probably some sort of fraud....

how long do they generaly take to send out a verification letter? also, I have a telecommuting job with the company hes working for so I'll probably wind up getting residency there and spend like 6 months there and six months in il.
