This one seems like a clear cut case to me. Cybersquatter intentionally profiting from someone else's Trademark.

its about time they do something about these thieves....at least they forked over the domain names to jlo's organization, that helps women and children....good cause...but Im wondering why can't they pull the brakes on things like these...the list is getting longer not just jlo..you got Tom Cruise, Pierce Brosnan, Celine Dion to name a few...let protect intellectual rights..
