Building a list and momentum question

So I was wondering from a testing standpoint how many subs you get and are directed to your OTO , how many see it before you switch it out due to no conversions? Im assuming at least a hundred right? What is a good conversion rate for a $10 OTO? I'm trying to get some front end sales so that I can reinvest and let the liat build and pay for itself at the same time ya know? Build momentum.

Your thoughts?

Subs subs subs. Don't focus on the now, focus on the future.

In this sort of scenario, I generally just shoot for the oto to break even, or as close as possible - so whatever conversion rate gets me there, I'm ok with. I wait for a few hundred to go through the process before shaking things up.

once I'm breaking even, I might try to test a bit more, see if I can get some more - but usually I just worry about trying to get the list building to pay for itself.

when i do list building, i always get 9 to 20 people from 100 subscriber buying my OTO product which is 10 USD digital product. Make sure your OTO have a emotion trigger for subscriber to buy it. Then, you will make a lot of sale
