    Hi CrisisCore08,

I think, at the very least, you should contact the video owner and discuss it with them first.

    I'm not a lawyer, so I can't say if it's against YouTube's TOS.

    Warmest regards,

    Paul

If you want to stack the copywriting deck in your favor with tricks and hacks producing winners like: "$20K in three days" "650 sold" "30% conversion", then you might like to know I'm retiring and will spill the beans to two people. More info here.

I have videos that are you tube creative commons. Those you can use. It is OK with you tube even. Here is their own policy for you to see. All the best to you in the brand new year.

    YouTube Creative Commons

Yes you can do that, use keepvid.com to be safe because that is what I did. Put the video link in keepvid.com (there will be a box) and download it. Then you can edit it in whatever program you like.

I think this is possible at the moment since youtube isn’t really strict about editing videos and post them back as if it was your own video. I’ve seen people posting the same videos several times already and they were not banned, penalized or whatsoever.

look out for video license. Youtube.com : creative_commons
creative commons license allows you to use the video. If the video is not shared under creative commons then you may need to contact the owner.
