    PR is only about links.

    However if Google took a look at that profile they'd probably slap it.

    So yes - anyone can get high pr, but if you do it with bad links it can get it screwed for a long time.

    PR is nothing but a gauge. A high PR blog (or youtube profile in this case) without quality content is as good as trash.

      If the page/site/profile has crap content then you will not get 'good' links to it.

      If you just link spam to get a high PR to a bad page - it only takes a Google person to take a look and it'll be dead forever.

    You can get around Google with bad links but they will catch you and probably slap the leaving hell out of you.

    I don't see any good content so maybe it is trash and will get banned by Google.
