INTERNET MARKETING

I made this design at work today. I don't have much experience making graphics and doing advertisement (I am a web developer). What kind of changes should I make before I launch it?

  The only thing I didn't get from it though is why I should pay any attention to what you are offering. Every guy out there promises me good ranking, or increased profits. What makes your different. Make YOU different and I think you got the package to drive some sales!
