Where can I get give away rights for the content I buy

Hi friends
I want to offer a free PDF book (for whatever may be the niche) for the people who subscribe to me so I tried buying a book in PLR sites .But the conditions says that I can't give away my book for free.Kindly help me.

    The terms of PLR licenses vary from one PLR content provider to the next. So, if the terms of the PLR license at one PLR content provider doesn't match your needs, try looking at another PLR content provider.

    Also, read the terms very carefully. A PLR license may allow you to give away the eBook, but not pass on Private Label Rights (i.e. they only get Personal Use Rights). Other licenses may not allow you to even give away the eBook.

    If the terms seem unclear, then it's probably best to find out directly from the PLR content provider.
