How to get from $10/day to $100/day??

I currently have a website that is getting traffic purely from 1 youtube video that is ranked for a decent traffic keyword. This video gets my site about 40-60 visits per day and generates an average of $10 per day.

I have tried replicating what I did with this video with more videos but results wern't the same and those videos are only sitting around a couple hundred views.

So my question is:

What would you do to increase traffic to my site to get me to $100/day??

I figure that I would need anywhere from 400-700 visits per day to obtain this, but I believe it is very possible with the many different ways to get traffic.

Current ideas for traffic:

1. Do SEO for my keyword to get traffic from my site as well
2. Make more videos and keep trying to get them ranked in similar keywords
3. Make a facebook and twitter and other social sites
4. paid traffic

Out of all of the ideas listed, I think I would get quickest results from making similar videos and maybe a couple social sites and work only getting my sites ranked for its keywords over the next few months.

What are your thoughts and what would you do to increase my earnings?
#$10 or day #$100 or day

Sydicate the video that gets the traffic may be worth a try, then keep doing what you are doing , try getting some quality article out there on a regular basis, the traffic may not be immediate , but it will come, and stay

Another idea may be to look into high ticket sales where the money you make per sale is much higher. Its easy to spend hours marketing a low cost item , its just as easy to spend the same time selling high tier stuff, but be sure it good and gives real value to the buyers

Don't shoot for $100 a day. Make a ton of videos and shoot for $1,000 a day

Keep doing what you're doing. Build some backlinks to your videos and get them ranked in google a little higher. Google will rank youtube higher because it's a super authority site... and probably because they own it lol.

Syndication is where your video is submitted to many other video sites - not just YouTube.
You can syndicate it using a service such as Traffic Geyser, although it is not cheap. Alternatively there is Tube Mogul, but I think they have changed their rules on make money type videos.
I find the best solution is to go to Fiverr and get someone to syndicate it to many sites for $5. There are many people there with Traffic Geyser accounts who will syndicate it for you.

      Hope this helps.

Awesome this helps a ton. Thank you.

I would be shooting for $1000 but that seems impossible with the site I am doing. Especially just because its an adsense site, I would be needing to get over 10k visits per day most likely and all would have to be target traffic I think $100 a day is a good goal and I think this would be hard to reach as well.

What types of links would you recommend to point towards a youtube video? Would it be safe to use a bookmarking software or something like Senuke xcr for video links?

You have all ideas, now take some actions without asking for more. All above are only the criteria to rank , no need to add any more.
All they can give you suggestions, but none of them show you what they are doing.

I would start out with your #1. SEO is going to be your best source of free traffic no matter what (your videos are already part of the effort), and the more robust you can make it, the better off you're going to be.

That said, you also asked about monetizing your site... With your videos, are you sending people straight to a sales page? Or are you sending them into a sales funnel? The two are different. With the latter, you can warm up your potential customers more, which should lead to greater sales overall.

I recently tried an experiment with one of my sites. Previously I had been sending everyone into a blog where I talk about my niche subject. There are lots of articles, almost all of which point to a three-stage sales funnel. And sales were pretty good, over $1K/month. Then I changed it just to see how sending people to the sales page directly would work. Big loss - about 25%. Then I added a sidebar listing the blog articles to the sales page, which brought sales back up almost to their previous levels.

Warming your customers up works best for monetization. If you're not doing that, that'd be where I'd start, along with some different SEO stuff.

Listen to this guy. Also try these:

      1. Test other products to maximize EPCs. Run tests for a whole week to get meaningful data since you don't have a lot of traffic.
      2. Search for big traffic keywords in your niche, do any of the Google results pages have videos on them? That's where you should go next.
      3. Invest your $10 per day in testing YouTube services, like comments views etc. You know you can make money from YT, try to game the system Make sure you don't use your existing YT account though in case something goes wrong.

I am assuming that this is adsense income. I would probably look at introducing an affiliate product on that landing page to see if you can get any traffic to the banner or offer. You can easily monitor this with Google analytics. Of course the aim should always be to build a list from your landing page but adsense kind of kills that, because once they exit your site, they are gone.

Yes, this site is monetized with adsense, but as well as an affiliate product. Adsense makes me around $300 per month while I am lucky to get $50 a month from the affiliate program. The niche is based around a free product, so when they get directed to a site where they have to pay, they end up leaving.

I may try adding a pop up email subscription with some sort of freebie to get an email list going to increase traffic, but I dont see this totally increasing my income too much and most likely will reduce my adsense income.

I think $10 a day from only 50 visitors per day is pretty good earnings, so at this point I want to just increase my targeted traffic to increase my earnings.

I think you need to put an exit pop up on "mouse exit" moment. So just before they click on the X on the top right corner. These viewers are the ones who had not done anything on site i.e clicked on adsense or any links. You can then offer them a Free Offer there to build a list.

Once you a have a list - invest some money in preparing an autoresponder series - may be a weekly one, around 20 messages is great.

Also you can send them updates via Broadcasts.

Thanks for the help guys. I will definitely be doing some research to see if I can make any similar keyword youtube videos to rank.

Does anyone have advice for ranking videos better? Does giving views, comments, favs, likes and links to a video tremendously help? I have boosted stats before and not had success, but some sites just do well for an unknown reason.

Also I am still curious as to what is the best way to building links to a video? I have a bookmarking software that can drip links, would this work?
