If you had a list of 20,000 emails of local consumers, how would you monetize it?

Create a "local" website, sell products, create a social site... ?

    If you think you can get the website ranked easily then go for it. It shouldn't be too difficult since you're targeting a specific area.

    Figure out what all these consumers want and then partner up with a company so you can add products to the site. Sell on consignment or be an afflilate.
